What We Do
Generative Conflict
We support groups and individuals to navigate and resolve conflict in healthy and effective ways. When navigated skillfully, conflict can provide an opportunity for growth and positive change at both the individual and systems level. Ultimately we believe conflict can be generative and lead to greater clarity of purpose, deeper connection, and transformative values-alignment within groups and organizations. We bring an equity lens to our conflict transformation work. We believe that generative conflict is needed to transform systemic injustice and inequity, both interpersonally and institutionally.

We are passionate about creating radically inclusive spaces, where people can bring their full selves forward. We create and provide meaningful group experiences. We also support groups to center equity and inclusion in their work, and to create whole and inclusive communities.

Alignment
A core element of Ripple Collective is the alignment between our internal practices and our external work. We try on practices within our collective and share our learnings with our clients in a cycle of mutual support and growth. We are intentional about aligning our values with our actions and behavior.
Collaboration
We value deep collaboration. For us, true collaboration means learning and building together where the sum is greater than its individual parts. We collaborate and co-create within our team and with our clients and partners.
Growth
We believe all of us are continually learning and growing, both personally and professionally. We believe in the power of a self-reflective practice and we proactively seek opportunities to deepen our growth within a supportive container.
Racial Justice
We acknowledge and unpack the ways that race and racism are central within social change efforts. We work towards a world where communities of color thrive physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Joy
We believe transformative social change work isn’t sustainable without joy and pleasure. We feel called by adrienne maree brown’s question: “how do we make social justice the most pleasurable human experience?”
Community
We believe that strong and healthy communities sustain us in both joyful and challenging times. Connection to community brings us energy, a sense of purpose, and personal accountability. The way we build and show up for our communities holds transformative power.
