Collective Cultivation: Equity-Based Pricing
 

A healthy garden thrives because it includes many different kinds of plants, each bringing unique gifts, perspectives, and ways of growing. Likewise, The Tended Garden is strongest and most resilient when it holds conflict workers from a range of lived experiences, organizational settings, and economic landscapes. 
 

To honor our interdependence, we practice an equity-based sliding scale. We invite you to select the financial tier that best reflects your current access to financial resources, generational wealth, and organizational backing. Those who choose a higher tier directly nourish the soil for others, while those who pay at a lower tier ensure our garden remains a true reflection of our movements. We trust your discernment to choose the tier that aligns with your current season.

 

The Pollinate Tier: $750
For those rooted in grassroots spaces or navigating financial winters.
 

Choose this level if paying the full cost would create significant strain or require sacrificing essential needs. This tier is designed for you if:

• You have limited or inconsistent discretionary income.

• You work within under-resourced grassroots organizations, mutual aid networks, or community-based settings with no or very limited professional development funding.

• You hold significant financial obligations or are primary support for others.

 

The Grow Tier: $1,500
The true cost of the program.
 

This tier reflects the actual, sustainable cost of offering this program and paying our facilitators. This tier is designed for you if:

• You have a stable, consistent income that comfortably covers your living expenses.

• You have discretionary income set aside for professional development, or your employer provides partial or full professional development support.

• Paying this amount is manageable and does not create long-term financial hardship.

The Regenerate Tier: $2,250
Cross-pollinating and enriching the soil for the collective.
 

Choose this level if you have the capacity to invest beyond the actual cost of your participation, directly funding a spot for a peer and ensuring the longevity of this shared garden. This tier is designed for you if:

• You have a comfortable or higher-bracket income, or significant generational/structural wealth.

• Your organization or employer fully covers your professional development expenses.

• You own or lead a financially thriving consulting practice or business.

• You have deep financial flexibility and a desire to practice radical, economic solidarity.

 

We believe that every participant fundamentally enriches The Tended Garden through their lived experience, wisdom, and collective care. Financial contributions are simply one way we tend to this shared garden, but they are never the measure of your worth within it. Like a flourishing garden, our community is made durable through mutual aid, deep reciprocity, and the understanding that we each have different resources to offer at different seasons of our lives.
